ELIZABETH AMENTA

Founder, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Professional Coach

Elizabeth Amenta is a 15-year tax veteran with extensive experience in both business and personal tax filings. As a Certified Public Accountant licensed in both Florida and Colorado, Elizabeth has experience across many industries, though her expertise lies in Real Estate, Professional Services and high net-worth individuals. She has worked extensively with real estate clients, many of whom operate as family-owned businesses. The focus is on helping real estate clients to properly structure entities and advising these entities on planning and compliance using current tax law.

Liz graduated from the University of South Florida in 2006 and obtained her CPA License in 2008. She quickly prospered to Senior Manager at well-known firms like CBIZ, Richey May & Co, and Crowe GHP Horwath, before branching out to create Amenta & Company. “From a personal perspective I believe in empathy, compassion, and understanding, humor, relationships, and creativity,” said Amenta. “These values are intertwined in all aspects of my life and carry over into my professional business as well.”

After years of coaching on the job, in 2020, Elizabeth set out to become a Certified Professional Coach (iPEC) and connects individuals with their true passions – both personal and professional. Her own journey toward professional growth, balance and overall life fulfillment makes her an ideal coach, suited for a variety of clients.
